Gene name change from lipA to lis (lipA is now the alternate gene name). This change was made because there is another gene called lipA in the genome and two genes in the genome annotation cannot have the same primary gene name. The other gene, PA2862 was chosen as the one to remain named as lipA because it has been more cited, more studied, and has been shown to encode a true lipase.
