Sep 17, 2001	PA3866 is correctly described as a pyocin protein. However, the ORF immediately downstream was apparently not recognized, although it is 31 % identical to the colicin E5 immunity protein. This is the putative immunity protein of this pyocin whose C-terminal domain is likely conferring tRNAse activity. New evidence reference (PubMed ID): 10652108.
